"I love the treatment I receive from the Jerónimo staff at Ubbo, however, the fact that management only leaves one employee per shift leaves much to be desired. It's regrettable how poorly these hardworking people are treated, resulting in a huge queue even though there's only one employee. The store is completely disorganized for the same reason, forcing the employee to juggle various tasks. This is unbelievable. I ask that this be reviewed, because next time I will make a scene and ask for the order book, as this compromises the quality of the service and the food."

"I went to Jeronymo in Ubbo this afternoon with my mother, my grandmother, and my two daughters. We were very well taken care of. We made a point of praising them in person and also here, because here in Lisbon we haven't had good experiences with customer service. People tend to be very rude and impolite when serving. Maria, Jessica, and another lady who was also serving us were very kind, friendly, and helpful, an exception for us here. The food was good, but the coffee shake was exceptional, very good!!! And for us, the difference was their service. We will definitely be back."
